Randy and Sheri were adding an addition to their home and knew their outdated master bath needed a complete remodel as well. The current bath featured old fixtures, worn carpet, a bulky built-in tub, and an inefficient layout. The goal of this remodel became to create a spacious, relaxing retreat with accents of luxury, despite losing square footage due to the other home renovations. The clients’ priorities were eliminating wasted space, increasing storage, and updating the overall feel. Working with Invision Design and Render, we reimagined the layout into four distinct areas, each separated by pocket doors to improve flow while preserving privacy and usable space.

The main vanity area sets the tone, featuring custom inset cabinetry, Taj Mahal leathered quartzite countertops, and statement sconces that add a refined, personalized finish. A freestanding soaking tub with a floor-mounted faucet replaced the bulky built-in version and is now complemented by an electric fireplace and dry stacked stone surround for spa-like ambiance. Off the main area, the toilet room includes a smart toilet bidet, as well as barnwood floating shelves to provide storage without taking up floor space.
In the shower area, the existing window could not be relocated without significant expense, so we moved the shower to the opposite wall and utilized the space under the window to install a washer and dryer. Floating corner shelves were added for additional storage without crowding the space. To create a luxurious shower experience, the walk-in tiled shower features a full-length bench, two lighted niches, and a stunning accent tile wall. Three different brushed nickel Hansgrohe showerheads, including a ceiling mounted rain head, handheld, and standard head, were also incorporated to complete the upscale design.
The original layout included two separate closets. To eliminate wasted square footage and improve functionality, we combined the spaces to create one larger walk-in closet with custom designed shelving to optimize storage. Throughout the bath, large-format floor tile reduces grout lines for a clean, modern look, while matching tile baseboard and in-floor heat add a subtle layer of elegance and comfort.
